Studio 55 is a health and wellness program for mind and body that is centered around our members’ unique and varying interests and healthcare needs.
We provide on-site services including educational programs, health and lifestyle coaching, restorative nursing, and brain fitness programs.
Unlike most health clubs or senior centers, Studio 55 has RNs and LPNs on site to oversee our programs and our members' health conditions. They will also interface with the member's physician to ensure that they are aware and approve of the individual plan of care.

Just like the muscles in our bodies, our brains need a workout to keep them active and healthy. Physical exercise increases blood flow to all parts of the body, including the brain.
